We can unpack more with you
Ubuntu International aims to provide appropriate NDIS services, support and opportunities for people of all and different abilities. Thus, we excel in person-centred and culturally appropriate care.
The term Ubuntu originates from an African philosophy of humanity, unity and solidarity. It simply implies: ‘We are because you are’.
We are human and passionate about what we do and the people we work with. We will closely work with you or your loved ones in the provision of some or all of the following services:
Group Activities
Participation in the Community
Household Tasks and assistance with personal activities
Development-Life Skills
Daily Tasks/Shared Living
Community Nursing Care
Assistance with travel and transport
Assistance with life stages and transition
Assistance with accommodation and tenancy
Our support workers are all fully qualified with a minimum of a Certificate III and at least 5 years experience in providing support. They have all undertaken mandatory checks and training including Covid19 training.
We would like to be part of your life.
